Working now

Got it working, under Directory Assistance the Domain name would only take a single address book entry. Apparently Domain Name here really doesn't matter as best I can tell.

So I set up different Domain names, each with a single address book, and all works without even having to restart the server.

Confusing and unduly complicated but I guess it builds synapses to somewhere.
